Function Configuration 

Brine water low temperature chiller is with brine water as the carrier refrigerant, and the temperature control range is 0 degrees to minus 40 degrees.   

Chiller is commonly known as freezer, refrigerator, ice water machine, freezing machine, cooling machine, water cooler, etc   

Brine water low-temperature chiller, generally refers to the unit outlet temperature is less than or equal to 5℃ unit.  It is usually used for the low temperature demand of some special production lines in industry.  Saline low temperature chiller can generally achieve -40℃ or so.   

Because of the lower outlet temperature, the brine cryogenic chiller is different from the conventional chiller in unit design.  The most basic difference is the chilled water side, the cryogenic unit needs to add the right kind, the right concentration of antifreeze.   

The product features   

The adaptability of compressor to low temp chiller unit mainly depends on the limit compression ratio that the compressor itself can bear.  Because the piston structure is easier to adapt to large compression ratio, so in the field of low temperature, there is a larger application space.  With the development of technology, the application range and application stability of scroll compressor in the field of low temperature are also gradually increasing.  The screw machine has many applications in the demand of large cooling capacity. 

Because the low temp chiller unit has a larger compression ratio demand for the compressor.  Therefore, in most cryogenic fields, two-stage compression or overlapping compression cycles, which are more complex than single-stage compression cycles, are used. 

Brine water low temperature chiller is designed for medicine, chemical, beverage filling, food processing, photovoltaic and other special industries, and the new generation of cryogenic refrigeration equipment, its temperature range can be automatically adjusted between 30 degrees to minus 40 degrees.   

Refrigeration range: 14200-2036600kcal /h, chilled water temperature range: -40 deg -0 deg.  Refrigeration system pressure control and safety valve device to ensure the safety of the machine.
